DIAPHRAGM FIRST STAGE The Icebreaker. Our highest performance diaphragm first stage
regulator designed for harsh environments and for the use in cold
water or contaminated environments. It is equally popular in all
other environments with demanding and selective divers who
appreciate smooth air delivery and maximum breathing performance in
the diaphragm category.
DESIGN & PERFORMANCE Balanced diaphragm design. Cold water dives often require
special equipment, generate a high consumption of air and require a
prompt delivery of air. The over balanced design meets these
requirements and provides an instant and constant high performance
at all tank pressures.
Dry ambient chamber. The diaphragm design
prevents the entry of water into the first stage mechanism and
enhances a trouble free operation even in the coldest conditions.
ENVIRONMENT & ADJUSTMENTS
Thermal Insulating System (TIS) and Anti Freeze (AF) System.
An additional safety feature to the insulated first stage mechanism
in real cold water. Both systems protect inner parts through ice
repellent coatings and accelerate heat transfer. The result: even
the stringent CE requirements for cold water are exceeded. COMFORT Compact Design. Remarkable low weight and volume compared
with other conventional diaphragm stages. 4 low pressure ports (2 HFP)
An air balanced high performance second stage.
This second stage is also preferred by sport divers and diving
instructors who do not need external adjustment of inhalation
